We are seeking a highly competent and professional Executive Coordinator to VC to join our team. This is a high-impact role requiring excellent management & communication skills, comprehensive finding, and the ability to operate effectively across a complex and fast-paced environment.

This position will provide wide-ranging administrative and coordination support to the Vice Chairman.

Qualification:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in business administration with 5 plus years of relevant experience.
    A good schooling background will be added. (Master’s degree holders will be preferred)
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar executive coordination role, preferably a multi-company environment.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
    Professional behavior, strong ethics, and a proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and secretarial services to VC
  • Take notes and minutes during high-level meetings.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
  • Report progress to the Vice Chairman.
  • Manage tasks effectively and maintain strong communication with departments.
    Draft, edit, and manage high-level business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support in tracking key projects, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives
